Job Description
Dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive will drive market penetration of building materials and accessories, generate leads, manage accounts, and exceed monthly sales targets through client relationship building and industry expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients, including contractors and hardware retailers
- Showcase range of building materials and specialized accessories
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive lead generation
- Build and maintain client relationships
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience in construction materials, hardware goods, or building accessories
- Solid understanding of the building and construction market
- Awareness of local market trends and industry contacts
- Strong negotiation tactics and excellent communication skills
- Willingness to travel to sites and meet clients face‑to‑face
