Job Description

Dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive will drive market penetration of building materials and accessories, generate leads, manage accounts, and exceed monthly sales targets through client relationship building and industry expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients, including contractors and hardware retailers
  • Showcase range of building materials and specialized accessories
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive lead generation
  • Build and maintain client relationships

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience in construction materials, hardware goods, or building accessories
  • Solid understanding of the building and construction market
  • Awareness of local market trends and industry contacts
  • Strong negotiation tactics and excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to travel to sites and meet clients face‑to‑face
