The Sales & Marketing Officer will drive student recruitment, manage digital campaigns, and meet enrollment targets for GoCare Training Institute, leveraging strong communication, negotiation, and marketing skills.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing
  • Strong digital marketing skills (social media management, content creation, ads)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to meet recruitment targets and manage multiple campaigns
  • High integrity, professionalism, and a student‑centered mindset
  • High level of reliability, flexibility and effectiveness
  • Self‑motivated and results‑oriented

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in student recruitment in a college or education sector (preferred)
