Seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Representative to drive real estate leads, manage full sales cycles, meet targets, and leverage social media and CRM tools in Diani or Mombasa.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify real estate leads

Requirements
- Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related fields
- 2‑3+ years experience in real estate sales
- Proven experience managing the full sales cycle
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Conversant with social media marketing and real estate trends
- Proficiency in CRM tools (added advantage)
- Self‑driven and results‑oriented
- High level of integrity, professionalism & ethical selling
