Job Description

Odex Chemicals seeks experienced Sales Representatives to drive sales of industrial detergents, sanitizers, and water treatment solutions to food, beverage, dairy, and brewery clients, meeting targets and expanding market share.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients in the food, beverage, dairies, and breweries sectors.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and drive product penetration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase benefits and features.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure consistent market approach.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Degree in Biochemistry, analytical chemistry or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a sales representative, preferably in a B2B industrial setting.
  • Strong understanding of industrial cleaning and water treatment solutions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
  • Results‑oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
