Job Description
BM Security Ltd seeks Kenyan citizens aged 26‑45 for full‑time Security Officer roles, offering three‑week training in Nairobi and placement across multiple city offices, requiring KCSE and physical fitness.
Requirements
- Kenyan citizen of high integrity, motivated and results‑oriented
- Form 4 leavers (higher qualifications also considered)
- Height: minimum 5 ft 5 in for men, 5 ft 3 in for women
- Minimum KCSE certificate
- Age: 28‑45 years (men), 26‑35 years (women)
- Valid certificate of good conduct (not older than one year) or willingness to obtain one
- Physically and medically fit, with good eyesight and hearing
- Proficiency in English and Kiswahili (oral and written) and good interpersonal skills
- Clean work history; if previously employed, provide a reference letter from the most recent employer
Preferred Qualifications
- Post‑secondary training is an added advantage
- Higher qualifications also considered
