Job Description
Senior Frontend Engineer needed to design, build, and maintain high‑performance React/TypeScript applications, optimize performance, create reusable component libraries, and collaborate on user‑centric features for CodePlay Agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain complex front‑end applications using React and TypeScript with scalability and high performance.
- Enhance application performance, focusing on load times, rendering speed, and overall user experience across browsers and devices.
- Write clean, maintainable, well‑documented code to support a sustainable development environment.
- Implement and maintain reusable front‑end component libraries and design systems with comprehensive documentation.
- Manage full feature lifecycle from technical scoping and UX collaboration to implementation, deployment, monitoring, and iterative improvement.
- Translate complex business and technical requirements into intuitive, high‑usability user interfaces.
Requirements
- Minimum four (4) years of front‑end software development experience.
- Mastery of React, TypeScript, and JavaScript for building robust front‑end applications.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, clean‑code standards, and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Startup experience in a fast‑growing environment is a plus.
