Job Description
Seeking a skilled Sewing Machine Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain domestic and industrial sewing machines, providing maintenance, parts ordering, and customer guidance while staying updated on latest technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair faults in all types of sewing machines.
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication to ensure optimal performance.
- Order and replace parts as needed, keeping accurate repair records.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on machine care and troubleshooting.
- Stay updated on the latest sewing machine technologies and repair techniques.
Requirements
- Proven experience repairing sewing machines (domestic and industrial).
- Strong mechanical and problem‑solving skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
- BA/BSc/HND
