Job Description
GeoPoll seeks a short‑term specialist to design and advise on social protection beneficiary registration, national registry systems, data governance, and large‑scale household enrollment in Nairobi, Kenya.
Key Responsibilities
- Social protection beneficiary registration frameworks
- National social registry systems and MIS integration
- Data governance and registry validation workflows
- Beneficiary targeting and enrollment processes
- Operational design for large‑scale household registration exercises
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: BA/BSc/HND
- Relevant project management experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience with national social registries or social protection systems
- Experience working with government ministries, the World Bank, or other development partners
- Experience supporting beneficiary registration or enrollment exercises
- Familiarity with large‑scale household data collection operations
