Job Description

Manage daily operations, guest experience, revenue, and brand positioning for Swara Ranch’s bungalows and apartments, overseeing hospitality standards, marketing, stakeholder relations, and financial performance while ensuring excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily hospitality and guest experience operations.
  • Drive occupancy and revenue through digital platforms, social media, and strategic partnerships.
  • Act as primary liaison between owners, guests, service providers, and the Maiyan Group.
  • Maintain property standards, oversee maintenance, and manage budgets and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Consistently high guest satisfaction and positive reviews.
  • Strong occupancy rates and revenue growth across all units.
  • Well‑maintained, compliant, and premium accommodation standards.
  • Proactive leadership with clear reporting and strong owner relationships.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5–7 years’ experience in hospitality management, preferably boutique, lodge, or serviced‑apartment settings.
  • Proven experience managing online booking platforms such as Airbnb and OTAs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in boutique lodge or serviced‑apartment environments.
  • Ability to develop and execute digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong financial acumen for budgeting and performance analysis.
