Job Description
Lead academic and pastoral development for Creche to Year 8 at Braeburn Nanyuki International School, collaborating with senior leadership on strategy, teaching, safeguarding, community engagement, and high‑quality international education.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and development for the school
- Lead and manage academic and pastoral programmes from Creche to Year 8
- Oversee teaching and learning quality
- Ensure safeguarding and wellbeing of students
- Develop community links and partnerships
- Collaborate with the Head of School and Senior Leadership Team on whole‑school priorities
Requirements
- BA/BSc/HND or equivalent qualification
- Relevant experience in teaching and/or school leadership
- Ability to lead academic and pastoral progression in an international school context
- Strong communication skills for working with a diverse community of students, parents, and staff
