Job Description
A three‑week hybrid graduate internship offering free masterclasses across diplomacy, business, STEM, arts, media, finance, law, and medicine, with in‑person and virtual sessions in Kenya.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend in‑person and virtual masterclasses and workshops
- Participate in networking sessions with industry experts
- Complete assignments and projects related to the chosen masterclass
- Engage in interview and onboarding processes
- Collaborate with peers across diverse disciplines
Requirements
- Recent graduate or prospective graduate with BA/BSc/HND in any field
- Ability to attend hybrid sessions in Nairobi, Kitale, or Malindi (or virtually)
- Submit CV/resumé, personal statement (max 500 words), and any relevant portfolio
- Strong interest in the selected masterclass topic
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Demonstrated passion for the chosen discipline
- Relevant portfolio or work samples (if applicable)
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
