Job Description
Lead sales and distribution of airtime, SIM cards, mobile financial services and devices across Garissa, managing partners, achieving revenue and customer acquisition targets while ensuring product availability and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve territory sales and revenue targets for mobile and MFS.
- Meet customer acquisition targets.
- Drive channel‑specific agendas with ASOs, SSOs, and agencies.
- Ensure site profitability through activities and programs.
- Oversee people capability across TDRs, DSAs, and Commandoes.
- Maintain service standards and product knowledge in stores and partner outlets.
- Monitor competition and develop counter‑action plans.
- Prepare and submit required reports.
- Manage partner relationships and drive brand presence.
- Ensure product and service availability and market visibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
- 2–3 years’ experience in sales and distribution within Telco or FMCG.
- Strong customer focus and influencing/negotiation skills.
- Ability to build partnerships and networks.
- Analytical thinking and sales management capabilities.
- Route‑to‑market management experience.
- Planning and organization skills.
- Reporting proficiency.
